Children ages seven months through eight years of age can participate in guided activities at My Gym, located on Broad Street's Shrewsbury Plaza. Programs are divided into age-appropriate categories, "free play" classes with supervised unstructured play and classes siblings can attend together. All programs are designed to develop coordination, balance and social skills applicable outside and beyond its gym. My Gym also hosts private birthday parties.
