The Morris Minute Men First Aid Squad is an all-volunteer non-profit emergency medical organization that got its start in 1941. It serves the communities of Morris Plains and Morris Township 24 hours per day, every day of the year. The squad operates with donations from the community.
In 2010, The Morris Minute Men were named the EMS Service of the Year while their captain, Mark Wintle was named National Emergency Technician of the Year.
In addition to 24 hour EMS services, the Morris Minute Men provide stand-bys and non-emergent transporation for individuals in need of this service.
