Adding in relaxing spaces throughout your beach house maximizes enjoyment.

Can you just picture it..cool summer night, windows open letting in the salt air, ceiling fan blowing..just perfect!

After Hurricane Sandy, many new construction homes along the shore are being built with Elevators. Grocery shopping made easy!

Arches are my husband's signature in renovations. We added this hall, archway and closets to create a master suite in a small ranch.

One of my favorites renovations we did, wasn't the highest end finishes but such a warm home and great value!

History

Marissa started in real estate while she was in college in 2006. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science of Science Degree in Environmental and Business Economics from Rutgers University in 2009 she jumped right into real estate full time. She was already an award winning realtor and renovating and flipping properties.
