Our Adult Muay Thai program is amazing for men & women. The class allows students to get in great shape while learning the art of Muay Thai. Demonstrations by instructors followed by partner drills allow students to fully absorb the techniques! BOTB's fitness programs include Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba & Body Impact (toning). BOTB students have lost anywhere from 5 to over 100 lbs. in our classes. Cardio Kickboxing & Body Impact are both full body workouts helping you increase your endurance & tone. Zumba is a dance/ fitness class that let's you party your way to a great body! Our instructors will help kids and adults alike reach their goals!
