Vincenzo Pugliese is the Founder and CEO of La Rosa Chicken & Grill, which opened its doors July 5, 1994 in Marlboro, New Jersey. Instilled with the family values of honesty and hard work, Vincenzo used his savings to start La Rosa offering the old world flavors he grew up with reimagined using only the freshest, premium ingredients.
