A chunk of skin pulled from "matted fur". There HAS to be a better way to get rid of matted fur then ripping it off!!!

A 1" gash on my dog's front leg. This picture is 3 days later. It bled for about 2 -3 hours on the first day.

Took my 3lb Yorkie there. WORST EVER! The groomer complained about my dog and they cut her!And blamed her for it!!They suck!
