Jazzercise is an aerobic dance program, drawing inspiration and training techniques from a number of disciplines. The style builds on its jazz roots by incorporating movements from kickboxing, Latin dances, pilates, resistance training and yoga. Owner and instructor Donna Madronal leads, striving to keep the energy level high by playing current Top 40 dance songs.
Each class runs for 60 minutes with three-month and nine-month membership packages available. Classes are held at the Armenian Presbyterian Church on Forest Avenue.
