History

We started in 2010 in a little hole in the wall spot in Garwood. We grew with almost nothing except the love of a hot power yoga class and the spirit of family. In 2016 we expanded our space to a 50 person studio in Cranford right next to Starbucks (our second love is coffee). In 2018 we finally opened our second location in our home away from home, Metuchen. The Metuchen community is diverse, humble and loving beyond limits. This community is what yoga family is all about.
