History
The Farm Cooking School was started in June 2014 by Ian Knauer, author of The Farm, a year of incredible meals and joined by Shelley Wiseman, former Travel Food Editor at Gourmet magazine and Senior Food Editor at Fine Cooking magazine. It is located on Tullamore Farms, a working cattle and sheep farm 1 1/2 miles north of the center of Stockton, NJ and across the river from Bucks County, PA
Specialties
We are two professional chefs, former Gourmet Magazine Food Editors and cookbook authors offering fun, accessible cooking classes for everyone from novices to seasoned cooks, adults, teens, and kids. We also do monthly dinners and special events, and are available for private dinners and corporate team building events.
