Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids Watchung Square-North Plainfield is the first Cookie Cutters franchise in NJ. It resulted from Joe and Sunshine's desire to provide kids with a fun haircut experience and stress free environment for parents. Being parents of two young children themselves, they knew how difficult and terrifying it could be for a child to get a hair cut. They learned about the franchise in January 2017 and immediately fell in love with the concept. Ten months later Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids Watchung Square was established.
