The Improving Montclair Achievement Network Initiative (IMANI) College Advocacy Center has a partnership with the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence and the Montclair Board of Education. IMANI's goal is to help Montclair students achieve their college goals by working with Montclair High School's guidance department. The center provides one-on-one counseling, help filling out financial assistance forms, personalized checklists for the college application process, and other services. The center also offers a summer academic program designed to ease the transition to high school for incoming freshmen. The IMANI center has helped hundreds of minority students achieve their goal of getting into college.
