Clearview School is a private, nonsectarian school for grades 8 to 12 located on the grounds of the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary in Wayne. The school offers what it calls a "highly structured, educationally based alternative program for students who require more assistance with their studies or social awareness." Students are admitted after discussions with the Child Study Team of the student's local school district. The student body is small, numbering 78 in a recent year.
Classes range from traditional subjects to electives that include guitar, woodworking, yoga/meditation, knitting/sewing, jewelry design, child care and concepts of construction, among others. See the school's website for additional information.
