HistoryThe owner Kathy McCormick was a collegiate gymnast in Illinois and upon returning to Hunterdon County began work at Gymnastics Unlimited. Two years later she purchased the gym which has continued for 40 years in two locations. Starting from an original staff of five, Gymnastics Unlimited has grown to over 30 instructors. Thousands of children have learned to flip at Gymnastics Unlimited. We have been teaching 3 generations of families in our warm friendly facility.SpecialtiesGymnastics Unlimited (GU) classes in gymnastics for children ages 18 months to 18 years. Cheerleading instruction and a Official Ninja Zone Club. Competitive gymnastics teams (USAG & JOGA) . Our programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of girls and boys, all skill levels. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel the empowerment of athletics. Gymnastics offers tremendous physical challenges, which are a great foundation for any sport. Besides the fitness aspects of the sport, gymnastics is also highly beneficial for children's self-esteem, attitude and mental well-being. For 40 years, GU has been providing a safe and kind training environment where the child comes first. Success is not measured by the number of trophies on the shelves, but by the smiling faces that walk through our doors. GU hires teachers and coaches who love kids. Many have a background in elementary and physical education. All receive extensive training in-house.
