The Master is a full service building with a spacious inviting lobby served by 24 hour concierge staff to assist residents and guests and provide security. Other building staff include a full-time superintendent, porters, and handymen. The building has various public terraces on the upper floors, which are open on special occasions such as New Years Eve or July 4th for fireworks viewing, as well as for astronomical events such as lunar eclipses. A separate west lobby overlooking Riverside Park provides space for community events and shareholder meetings.
