Atlas Pools & Spas New Jersey Tom Decker and Jack Spitz have both worked in the swimming pool business for most of their lives. In 1995 they decided to work for themselves, and start a business. Atlas pools and Spas was born. They had a very simple but sincere mission statement. It is as follows:
