America's Best Value Inn is located off Route 35 in Neptune. The inn is close to beaches, Monmouth Park Race Track, Six Flags Great Adventure, an outlet mall and many great restaurants. The inn offers free continental breakfast daily and an outdoor swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). All guest rooms are equipped with satellite TV and HBO as well as a coffee machine and mini refrigerator.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Rude employees. We had 7 people and booked 2 rooms with king size beds. Per the attached picture, the king size rooms sleep 3 people and an additional person costs...

The free WIFI doesn't work. Mgmt told me the signal isn't strong enough. Beds are uncomfortable. I asked for an extra bath towel and I was told "no, they have 2 per room".
