HistoryWhen I was a kid my family vacationed on Long Lake in Maine. We came to Conway to shop. Even way back then it was the place to shop. In 1988 I was tattooing in Seabrook and came up to Conway to revisit. When I discovered that there was no place to get a tattoo I thought it would be wonderful to live and work in the beautiful White Mountains. That fall I moved to Conway and opened a shop with a friend. In 1990 I decided that having my own place was the way to go so I opened White Mountain Tattoo Studio. The Body Piercing came a few years later. The building we are in now was purchased in 1998. It needed a lot of renovation and we opened in November of that year. I am originally from the Worcester Mass area and have loved living and working here in the mountains. Custom Tattoo artwork, and lots of body jewelry can be found at our shop on the hill 1 mile north on Rt 16 of the Rt 153 intersection. Come and visit us for the best tattoo and piercing experience you've ever had! We are open every day July and August. Please visit our website for winter hours.
