They decided to give me highlights on ONLY THE BOTTOM part of my hair to try to FIX the mess

Too bright. It was bright at top and dark at bottom. All I asked for was brown, all over hair color.

They turned me into bleach blonde short hair. I in no way would ever in a million years ask for hair this short or this blonde.

Chemical burns. Yes I told her my head was burning. They let it sit longer.
