I am Melanie McDowell, a 57 year old woman who knows that many women prefer to workout with other women in small groups. My certified personal trainers work with each woman to help her reach her individual fitness goals. Group training means that our services are affordable and our by-appointment-only workouts ensure that woman will be accountable for coming in a certain number of times per week instead of coming when they feel like it. For my clients, this accountability for their workouts is the key for them to stay consistent and is what differentiates us from other facilities that don't track each client's progress. We are truly a community in which trainers and clients alike care for each other.
