Lydia's House of Hope is a 365-day transitional housing program located in Somersworth, NH, dedicated to empowering homeless women and children in the Seacoast Area. With a mission to end homelessness, they provide a safe environment where residents are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to reach their highest potential through training, counseling, and support. Operating as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Lydia's House of Hope offers a highly supervised residential setting accommodating 25 women and children.
