In 1990, John and Dave Constant decided to open a business based on their family's Italian recipes. Today, the pair owns three restaurants, all serving traditional pizza and subs, along with specialty items that have made their spots local favorites for more than 20 years. Using dough that is made from scratch, and the family's recipe for sauce, the owners have created 20 varieties of pizza. Subs, salads and "munchies" fill out the menu, as do desserts from Mike's Pastries in Boston's North End. The restaurant features a bright, cheerful atmosphere.
