After incorporating in 1962, business continued to flourish. The Patterson reputation spread and many people in Southern New Hampshire were the proud owners of a Patterson Quality Home. Steven and Jennifer worked for and in the family business all their lives. After completing their formal education they joined their father and learned first hand, from the ground up, how to build Patterson Quality Homes. After Dana Patterson's death in 1991, they decided to continue the family tradition of building quality homes with their newly formed company, J & S Patterson, Inc Jennifer retired in 2001 and Steven continues the Patterson quality home tradition with his company Patterson Construction, Inc The company focuses on working with current homeowner's needs for additions, renovations, and remodeling as well as constructing new homes, commercial space, industrial space and site work.
