Richards School, founded in 1896, is a public school that employs a staff of more than 55 full-time, certified teachers, paraprofessionals, reading coaches, and art and music professionals. In addition, it has a team of a nurse, psychologist, technology integrator, guidance counselor and physical education instructor. Richards School organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, such as winter carnivals, musical performances, book fairs, Halloween parades, family picnics, parent-teacher conferences and field trips.
