History
Yoga is an integral part of my lifestyle that has helped to keep me flexible, strong and healthy so that I can better serve others as well as enjoy my travels, active hobbies and adventures with ease. Since earning my 500 hour certification at YogaWorks in 2007, I have enjoyed teaching a variety of classes and workshops. I teach many styles of yoga however my favorites are power, hot yoga and restorative. I am available for classes via Skype as well - reserved in either 60 or 90 minute sessions.
Specialties
I am a Yoga instructor and wellness coach. I believe in the transformative and healing power of yoga since it makes people feel better from the inside out. It heals, prevents injuries and illnesses, and builds strength and flexibility. I became a yoga instructor to share the amazing benefits of this daily practice!
