SIL Fitness Studio opened in 2017. We wanted a place where people are encouraged to stretch outside their comfort zone because that is where all the magic happens!
Specialties
SIL Fitness-a studio for small group fitness and personal training. We welcome all fitness levels! Our group classes focus on functional strength and body weight movements through circuit style training partnered with stretching and mobility classes for longevity. Our classes offer a variety that are progressive, fun and challenging! Our classes incorporate HIIT, boot camp, circuits, strength training, cross training and even some yoga!
