What is this? It has been there for over a month and they haven't removed it. It's pure garbage that attracts cockroaches and bedbugs.

Toilet is gone/ hole that maintenance decided to do.

They hire contractors who have the hallways full of material but if you leave a plant outside they throw it away

You can have this but you can not have plants
