HistoryThe Spay & Neuter Center was opened by Dr. Melanie Brazil in 2009 to help combat the overpopulation of pets in the Las Vegas valley. Dr. Taryn Griffith took the reins of the Spay & Neuter Center in January 2013 and has carried on the tradition of providing high standards of care at an affordable price. Dr. Griffith came from Southern California where she was in general practice for several years before moving to Las Vegas. She too has a passion for eliminating unnecessary euthanasia, and recognizes the the importance of offering a low cost spay and neuter solution to address the pet overpopulation epidemic. The steady increase in demand for our services compelled us to open a second hospital in April 2017.
