Patisserie Manon was create in Tahiti (french island) in 2004 We moved from Tahiti to Las Vegas in 2010 to open the Patisserie Manon, Manon is the name of our first daughter,Camille by manon just open 3 weeks ago on 2170S.rainbow and sahara is the name of our second daughter.
