Started the corporate rental business in 2007 with a partner and then split the business in 2014. We lease homes from private owners and then furnish and equip them for sublets. We also work with a real estate company to offer additional properties and provide property management services for owners who want to rent their home and advertise on our website.

Short term rentals of fully furnished and equipped condos and houses. All utilities are included and the rate varies according to the length of your stay. Perfect for those on a temporary job assignment, long vacation, Snowbirds, and people just moving to the area. We also work with insurance companies and third-party housing providers to provide temporary housing after a fire, flood, or other emergency, as well as traveling nurses, doctors, and contractors.
