DeVine Studio LLC was established in 2021. Located in the SHEARZ Salon on Los Altos. The owner, Tammy is originally from New York, where she has over 10 years experience in nail and makeup artistry. Due to the COVID pandemic, she transitioned into lash artistry and fell in love. Tammy takes great pride in offering beautiful quality services that make women and men alike look and feel their best!
