We started the business in California 40 years ago. Moved to Las Vegas in 1990 and moved to Henderson, bought a building and relocated. We have three tax professionals, two are Enrolled Agents with over 40 years of experience. We take 32 hours of continuing education each year to stay up to date with changes in tax law.

We have 2 enrolled agents on staff to deal with any IRS problems that may arise for you. Enrolled Agents are actually licensed to practice before the IRS. This takes away much of the fear that many people feel when they get that dreaded letter. We handle that for you, conduct your audit and answer those letters on your behalf. An enrolled agent is required to take 32 hours of Continuing Education Credits each year to maintain their designation. There are currently 42,000 Enrolled Agents in the US. All licensed tax preparers are required to secure a PTIN number, or a Personal Tax Identification Number that allows them to prepare taxes on your behalf. All PTIN holders are required to complete 18 hours of Continuing Education annually to keep this designation. Our payroll specialist takes classes to stay abreast of the payroll requirements and make sure you are meeting all those and handles all your quarterly reports and end of year reporting needs.
