History
Master mason Harry Eichelkraut founded Artistic Masonry in 1964 when he came to Las Vegas from Chicago. Since then, Harry's work has been woven into the fabric of dozens of Las Vegas neighborhoods. He's crafted hundreds of family room fireplaces and improved countless homes with backyard waterfalls, stone veneers and cheerful brick planters. Many families continue to gather around the permanent barbeques Harry built in the backyard to this day. In 1995, Harry's son Christopher, then 17, joined the small family business as a laborer, eventually working his way up to becoming a mason like his dad. Today, Chris continues Artistic Masonry's tradition of quality, craftsmanship and a commitment to the Las Vegas community. Artistic Masonry has also been privileged to be a part of Las Vegas' rich history by building several of its landmarks, including the UNLV waterfall on Tropicana, the brick veneer on the World's Largest Gift Shop on Sahara and the stone arches in Queensride
