Focused Vision Care, LLC has assumed the optometry office located in the Sam's Club in the Centennial Shopping Center. Dr. Allen Wong is no longer managing the optometry office in the Sam's Club located at Craig and the I-15. We have stopped seeing patients there since June 2016. Please call us in Centennial Hills if you have any questions.
