History
I was 25 pounds overweight with a bad shoulder and a hip with limited mobility. Over time, with exercise and a change in diet, I was able to lose the extra weight, strengthen the shoulder, increase strength and mobility in the hip and enjoy an active lifestyle I could only dream about before. That experience led me to ACE (American Council on Exercise) and my Personal Trainer Certification. Nothing excites me more than seeing people transform themselves and achieve their goals!
Specialties
In-home personal training utilizing a mix of cardio and weight lifting. It's a high-energy quick paced workout that is varied every time. With 5 different workout structures and over 70 individual exercises you will never get bored!
