She is now the President of Trego-Dugan Jet Management and Director of Operations for Trego/Dugan Aviation, Inc. Vince Dugan is an aviation attorney and a pilot. His overall responsibility includes daily operations of Trego/Dugan's business segments. He is General Counsel, the President of Trego/Dugan Aviation of Grand Island and Vice President of Trego/Dugan Aviation, Inc. in North Platte.
