HistoryPlastic Surgery Associates was founded by the late Dr. David Witzke and Dr. Vaughn Meyer in Sioux Falls, SD. In 1997, the Siouxland Surgery Center (currently Dunes Surgical Hospital) saw a need for plastic surgeons in the area and invited Dr.Witzke and Dr. Meyer to join the medical community in Dakota Dunes. Dr Miller joined soon after, followed by Dr. Breit in 2000.SpecialtiesBoard certified plastic surgeons Dr. L. Patrick Miller and Dr. J. Anthony Breit have had a presence in the Siouxland area since 1997.
