KC Mechanical Service, Inc. Was started in January of 2011. Owner Kyle Schnoor started the company on the advice of his customers encouraging him to start his own business. Since then he has grown the company from 1 employee to 6 employees. He has over 13 years of experience in the HVAC industry and a combined total of over 50 years. KCM is also a leader in commercial/residential property maintenance. We currently do all of the maintenance from light bulbs to HVAC in over 30 commercial buildings. KCM has one simple ideal-
