Founded in 1962, Houses of Hope offers residential treatment services to individuals recovering from chemical dependency and who have been referred by an established behavioral health treatment program. It provides support services through various programs and serves the residents of Nebraska. Houses of Hope operates several halfway house facilities that offer an alcohol-free transitional living environment for men who need additional support. It features Touchstone, which is a residential treatment facility for men and women and provides individual and group counseling, psychotherapy, nursing and case management services. Houses of Hope receives funding from the Division office of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Addiction Services and Lincoln-Lancaster County Joint Budget Committee. Additionally, it is a member agency of the Community Services Fund. Houses of Hope is certified by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and is located in Lincoln, Neb.
