History
Hall 31 is a family-owned business that established in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Previously known as JD's Circle Inn, over the last year Hall 31 was fully revamped from the neighborhood tavern to a polished event venue. With a foundation that was created in the late 19th century, Hall 31 was originally built as a Schiltz Tied House. The name Schiltz comes from the Joseph Schiltz Brewing Company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Tied Houses were created to allow for brewing companies to exclusively sell their own products in their own establishments. The original Schiltz Style Mahogany Bar has been restored and is still a part of this historic building located in the heart of South Omaha.
