CNH, also known as Case New Holland, is a global manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment. The company has a network of nearly 11,500 dealers in 160 countries. It was created in 1999 as a result of the merger between New Holland and Case Corporation. Case New Holland offers equipment to meet the agricultural needs of many regions, tractors, balers, combines, hay tools, planters, seeders, sprayers and tillage equipment, as well as forage, coffee, grape and sugar cane harvesters. The company s line of construction equipment includes forklifts, mini-excavators, telehandlers, backhoes, compact tracks and skid steer loaders. Its Case, New Holland and Kobelco brands provide a full spectrum of heavy construction and light industrial equipment for use in road building, quarrying, demolition, excavation, commercial building and maintenance operations. CNH is a majority-owned subsidiary of Fiat. The company maintains a facility in Grand Island, Neb.
