This place is not suitable for a family too raise their kids and do not recommend this place at all. This place will add on fees on your bills. And the most expensive iv paid for Gas water and sewage.

Absolutely horrible. There were cockroaches inside and around the apartment. Toilet and sink leaks no matter how many times they came to fix it. I stayed home one day waiting for them to fix it...

"I'm like OCD clean, but sometimes bugs. Not great at plowing. Still new here but on my guard. Nice apartment for the value, but they blame bugs and backed-up drains on you. A bit worried."
