TEN, the Northern's fine dining restaurant, is named after the owner's father, Thomas Edgar Nelson. The atmosphere in TEN brings back memories of the previous Northern Hotel as the place to meet, greet, and enjoy great food and drinks. Serving traditional American cuisine, TEN offers slow braised bison short ribs, a juicy cowboy cut ribeye, and seasonal wild fish such as halibut and salmon. TEN's private dining room seats up to 30 people; it's perfect for a business dinner, birthday party, or rehearsal dinner. The restaurant is open from 5pm-10pm daily, while the lounge in TEN opens at 3pm daily and is the perfect place to meet and enjoy a specialty cocktail.
