Focalizing is similar to grounding/meditation but is often easier for individuals who find meditating to be difficult. Unlike meditation, Focalizing hones in on resolving specific issues such as stress, overthinking, procrastination, numbness, and burnout by teaching you how to find your body’s innate healing capabilities. Focalizing uses the intuitive nature of the body to release blockages that are keeping you from finding peace and authenticity in your life. It can be effective for those who find that talk therapy has not been helpful, or that are looking for a private option that will help them find peace and meaning. Focalizing has been compared to EMDR without the technology. Sessions are available in person and online.
