Kelly O'Day joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in August 2016. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, Kelly holds Series 6, 7, 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Virginia.
