Firehole Ranch is on the National Register of Historic Places. Founded in the 1890's as a working cattle ranch supplying Yellowstone National Park, it became a dude ranch in the 1940's. The original main lodge and cabins are lovingly maintained to retain their original style, elegance, and grace. Today we cater to fly fishing and outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy absolutely unforgettable fishing in some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. We also offer horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, tours of Yellowstone National Park and simply relaxing in your own slice of paradise. Forbes Top 10 Fly Fishing Lodge in the World and 2013 Orvis Lodge of the Year! Firehole Ranch is a historic property located 18 miles from West Yellowstone and the west entrance to Yellowstone Park. The ranch is 640 private acres along Hebgen Lake, surrounded by National Forest. We fish legendary waters including the Madison, Yellowstone, Henry's Fork of the Snake, Firehole, Gallatin, and Lamar, just to name a few. You can fish a new stretch of water every day and return each evening to a luxurious cabin and gourmet dining. We accommodate a maximum of 20 guests and take pride in providing exemplary service. Horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, and guided tours of Yellowstone are available. We request a minimum three night stay and children over 12 are welcome. We are an all-inclusive lodge and your package includes your lake view cabin; all meals and beverages, including open bar; most Ranch activities; and Ranch staff gratuities. Activities are billed separatel
