Cindy Hahn, owner/operator, opened Cin City Tattoo in 2008. We have had many talented artists work here throughout the years. We believe in giving back to the community every year by holding fundraisers. Come see why we've been voted Readers Choice Awards: Billings Best Tattoo Shop! We are open Tuesday through Saturday 10-6.

Cin City Tattoo offers expert tattooing and body piercing. We have 3 full time tattoo artists and 2 piercers and one amazing secretary to greet you when you come in and book your appointments. We are a well rounded staff who treats our customers with respect.
