W M Law, formally known as Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook, P.C. originated in 1997. Known firstly as The Bankruptcy Practice Group of Farchmin Ralls Wagoner, P.C., headed by Jeff Wagoner, it grew rapidly in its first 5 years. At the end of 2002, Wagoner Bankruptcy Group, P.C. was formed as a separate law firm and relocated to its own office spaces. In September 2008, the firm name was changed to Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook, P.C. to reflect the significant efforts of Karen Maxcy and Brent Westbrook in the growth of the firm. Most recently, the firm changed its name in early 2013 to what it is now known as, W M Law. Today, our headquarters are located in Olathe, KS with 4 attorneys, 13 staff members and W M Law branch offices in Independence and the Northland.
