Established in 1961, the West County EMS & Fire Protection District The district covers more than 21 square miles and serves more than 45,000 populations. It has more than 60 employees and over 50 line personnel. The district offers emergency services for 24 hours a day. It offers fire extinguisher classes to businesses, organizations and other groups. The district also provides cardio-pulmonary resuscitation training programs and fire safety tips for children. It also hosts juvenile firesetter program that includes fire safety education and counseling for children between the ages of three through 14 years old. West County EMS & Fire Protection District is located in Manchester, Mo.
