The University of Missouri Extension of St. Louis County works to make university research practical and accessible to the public using nonformal classes, workshops and community programs.
It offers a variety of free literature and Internet content on subjects such as 4-H youth development, lawn and garden, personal finance, nutrition and health, home safety, home maintenance, aging in place, neighborhood leadership training, community development, relatives-as-caregivers, starting and maintaining a small business, housing and environmental quality and workforce preparation.
Its classes are held throughout the community. The office is located on the fifth floor of the World Trade Center building. Parking is available on the street or at the Bonhomme garage. A Metro stop is located one block south of the building.
