HistoryPandemic! It took over our world and there was nothing we could do except be as safe as possible. Oh wait...there was something else we could do...open a candy store. Two crazy women who believed the world needed some happy took on a pandemic and we haven't had one regret. From a leisurely Sunday chat, to saying why not, to establishing the business, acquiring product, & completing construction all in just three weeks, we opened October 3, 2020. We are constantly improving, learning, and growing. The Candy Jar is a happy place for all ages that either brings back wonderful memories for those who remember the nostalgic candies or creates new ones for those who don't. Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Peanut Clusters, Turtles, Truffles, Coffee Bombs, Chocolate Covered Cherries that will have you coming back again and again, and seasonal items such as Caramel Apples and Hot Cocoa Bombs. We make all these items in store including our new addition...Dog Candy. (All safe and Vet approved.) We of course offer other candy items that you may remember from your childhood but haven't seen for years. We have snacks & old time Soda-Pop made with real sugar.
